All purchases on Get Dream AI — including credits, subscription plans, and digital services — are generally non-refundable once access is provided.

However, we may offer a refund in the following situations:

  • A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the service.
  • You were charged by mistake or experienced duplicate billing.
  • Your subscription renewed unintentionally and you contact us within 48 hours of renewal.

Refunds are granted at our sole discretion after reviewing your request.


2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

  • Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless it meets the criteria above.

  • System-wide outages preventing service usage for an extended period.
  • Severe performance issues caused by our platform.
  • Unauthorized transactions proven to be fraudulent.

  • Completed custom work or consultations
  • Promotional, discounted, or limited-time offers
  • Gift cards or bonus credits
